The main objective of the post is the manufacture of all products ensuring compliance with specification and quality requirements, in an accurate and timely manner to ensure productivity. Furthermore, ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety Procedures and relevant Risk Assessments.

Health & Safety OfficerAlfreton
We are currently recruiting a Health & Safety Officer to be based in our state of the art factory in Alfreton, Derbyshire. You will ensure the day to day management of Health and Safety working in close collaboration with the production team and the HSQE Manager to ensure legal compliance, completing on site tasks relating to audit actions, on site day to day management of a varied list of items, all in an accurate and timely manner.
Senior Sales NegotiatorMerseyside/Cheshire
We are looking for a new Senior Sales Negotiator to drive initial sales at one of the newest developments in Cheshire which we will be launching in Q1 2022. Grappenhall Woods will be a unique community that takes garden living to the next level with beautiful green spaces surrounding the homes. These will be a mixture of the classic Town House style homes, along with the new Row House homes that will be created at the House factory; configured to the buyers’ choice.
