A new canalside neighbourhood for Milton Keynes
Campbell Park is our ambitious plan to create a proper community in a park. It takes the garden city principles that inspired Milton Keynes to the next level, with a seamless verdant landscape from wild allotment to a cricket pitch. We’re planning a mix of modern homes and workspaces within a neighbourhood full of variety and interest, including pockets of green to help dampen noise, absorb pollution, encourage wildlife and give kids room to play.
Campbell Park is a big 16-hectare site, which sits along the Grand Union Canal, close to the centre of Milton Keynes. It’s a place with enormous possibilities. This is our first development in the South East and we’re working alongside Places for People and Crest Nicholson to bring our modular House concept to the region for the first time.

Town House changes the way you think about what the space of a house should be. We’ve got so much space. We’ve got floor-to-ceiling windows on both floors, we’ve got so much light. It’s just a stunning piece of architecture.
