The 1,000^th module will form part of the first ever Row House home at Port Loop, House by Urban Splash’s award-winning canalside community in Birmingham. The Row House homes form a new phase at Port Loop which has been supported by a multi-millionpound funding commitment from the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA).

Prices for Row House start from just £310,000, with House by Urban Splash offering first time buyers in Birmingham access to a new 5% deposit scheme exclusive to Port Loop. Under the initiative, the 10% deposit needed to exchange contracts and secure a new home at Port Loop is split into two payments.
