So how does the 5% deposit scheme work? It’s pretty simple. In total, you’ll need a 10% deposit to secure a new home at Port Loop but you’ll only need to pay the first 5% when you exchange. The remaining 5% isn’t due until six months after your reservation date.

By splitting the payments, the aim is to help spread the costs and, as a result, give you longer to save for your deposit without missing out on securing your dream home.
