A first look at our newest homes on the Wirral

25 November 2021

It was a pleasure this month to take journalists around our newest House by Urban Splash homes at East Float – the new community of homes that we're creating in the Northbank neighbourhood of Wirral Waters.

As you may have seen in our recent news announcements, we’ve just delivered our first precision engineered homes here – the three-storey Town House, and the new Row House homes, each created in our factory before being transported to site.

This week was the first chance for the media to have a look around; thankfully the weather played its part, and we were blessed with a beautiful autumnal day – the low afternoon sun glistening on the Mersey as we looked out the windows of the new homes. It gave us all a slight glimpse of what future customers will enjoy when they’re living here next year – sipping a G&T on their balcony while watching the water pass by.

Journalists were also excited to see our first Row House homes; this is the newest addition to our House by Urban Splash portfolio and is our take on the mews home. The homes come in a range of different layouts, with two storey, two and a half storey (that means you get a roof terrace) and three storey options on offer. When finished, these homes will feature a distinct and vibrant red cladding and we’ll soon have pictures to share with you.

We also showed journalists around the brand-new pocket park, a lovely green space right outside our new homes.

If you’re interested in this exciting new neighbourhood then we’d love to give you a tour too, just complete the enquiry form below and our sales team will be in touch.
