On 11 May 2022 the following entities entered Administration with Adrian Peter Berry and Daniel James Mark Smith, each Insolvency Practitioners of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, were appointed as Joint Administrators:

- Urban Splash House Investments Ltd ("USHIL")
- Urban Splash House Ltd ("USHL")
- Urban Splash Modular Ltd ("USML")
- Port Loop Holdings Limited ("PLHL")
- Port Loop Ltd ("PLL")
- Port Loop (Subco 1) Ltd ("PLS1L")

(together "the Companies")

The appointment of the Administrators has no impact on the wider Urban Splash group or its operations, which continue to run.

The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies only and contract without personal liability. The Joint Administrators are licenced in the United Kingdom to act as Insolvency Practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

The Joint Administrators have commenced the process of identifying all creditors, in accordance with their statutory obligations, and provide those creditors with information as to the potential for recoveries in the administration estate.

When you find your brand-new House by Urban Splash home, the Yourkeys portal will make your buying journey with us quick and easy

Buying a new home can be a stressful, complicated experience.

So, we’re introducing a new way to buy that’s slicker, simpler, and time-saving.

The Yourkeys portal was designed to digitally streamline the entire process of buying a home – from reservation right through to exchange and completion.

Here’s how it works and six reasons why it will improve your buying experience with House by Urban Splash.

How it works

01 — Once your offer has been accepted, we’ll meet with you virtually, or face-to-face if you’d prefer, to introduce you to Yourkeys.

02 — Together, we’ll input your details so your solicitor and your independent financial advisor (IFA) have all the information they need upfront.

03 — Once the reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from Yourkeys.

04 — To keep up-to-date and to see how your sale is progressing, you can access the Yourkeys portal at any time.
